Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
- Standard Shipping: Orders under $100 will be charged $10 for Standard Shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: If you prefer faster delivery, Expedited Shipping is available for $30.
Order Hold Option
If your current order is under $100, but you plan to place additional orders soon, you can opt for our Order Hold service. With this option, you have 20 days to place additional orders to reach the $100 minimum for free shipping. If you do not meet the $100 threshold within 20 days, your order will be shipped, and a $10 Standard Shipping fee will be applied.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Please note that most clothing orders are processed through our Korean suppliers. This means that the preparation time before shipping can take 7-10 days. Standard Shipping usually takes about 7 days. However, if there are delays with our suppliers, the preparation time could extend to 10-14 days.
For faster delivery, Express Shipping is available and typically takes 1-3 days.
